Robert Half is partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a Workday Project Manager with expertise in leading Workday implementation projects within financial services. This role will involve managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of Workday projects, aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards.
Contract Assignment Details:
Location: London (Hybrid Working – 1 day per week)
Day Rate: £550-600 p/day via PAYE (employer's NI & tax deducted at source – no umbrella company fees)
Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday implementation projects within financial services
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and Workday consultants, to ensure timely project delivery
Expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals
Experience managing project risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track
Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking timelines, resources, and budgets
Demonstrated ability to manage system testing, data migration, and user training for successful go-live
