Job Purpose and Primary Objectives :
TCS's AWS Business Unit is experiencing rapid growth, focusing on delivering transformative solutions on the AWS Cloud platform to drive significant value for customers. We are expanding our Sales and Solution team in the region and are seeking talented individuals to join us on this journey. As an AWS Solution Architect, you will support sales and delivery efforts, consult with customers, conduct assessments, and design solutions to address key challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and answer technical queries related to AWS, Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, Kendra, and other AI/ML services.
- Ensure successful design, build, and launch of next-generation Amazon Connect-based Omni-Channel solutions, optimized for both cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are ready for cloud deployment, utilizing AWS technologies like Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and others.
- Implement AWS-based AI automation solutions in cloud contact center environments, driving business process and performance enhancements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to present technical designs and solutions to clients.
- Conduct consulting engagements to define cloud strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for customers.
- Work closely with internal TCS teams to understand, improve, and adapt TCS Solutions based on market trends and customer needs.
- Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture standards, meet financial targets, and leverage common solutions.
Key Skills/Knowledge :
- AWS Certified Solution Architect with hands-on experience in solution architecture.
- Expertise in Contact Center technologies (IVR, Voice Biometrics, Natural Language Processing, Telephony Integration, ACD, AI/ML-driven automation).
- Proficient in coding and implementing solutions using modern web technologies like React, Node.js , and REST API design with Node.js or Python .
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, Contact Lens , and Transcribe .
- Deep knowledge of the AWS platform and associated services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Expertise in infrastructure planning, provisioning, security, design, deployment, and system lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and deploying AWS/Hybrid solutions using a cloud-native stack.
Experience Required :
- Proven ability to explore multiple solution options and communicate their benefits and risks in both technical and non-technical language.
- Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams (product owners, architects, consultants, engineers).
- A track record of innovation across both technology and processes.
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel digital or Contact Center implementation projects.
- Experience working with remote and local development teams.
- Strong background in defining target architectures and roadmaps.
- Extensive experience working with AWS cloud solutions and environments.
