Machine Learning Engineer – Robotics (Reinforcement & Supervised/Unsupervised Learning)
Contract – 6 month - Outside IR35
Day rate – Negotiable
Location – London (Onsite)
Start date – Immediately
My client is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation in real-world robotics applications by advancing learning techniques across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models to enhance robot autonomy in dynamic environments.
- Develop and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms for robotic decision-making.
- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning for perception, object recognition, and sensor fusion.
- Collaborate with robotics, hardware, and software teams to integrate ML solutions into real-time systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ML for robotics with proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Expertise in RL, supervised, and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience deploying models on robotic platforms.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning (model-based, multi-task, multi-agent) and supervised learning in robotic systems.
- Strong background in algorithms, software engineering, and modern ML techniques.
