Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to tech guru, offering expert support for software, hardware, and integrations.
- Dive into Business Services Virtual Reality products, and master corresponding support tools.
- Help customers via support tickets, screen sharing, and other channels to resolve issues swiftly.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and reproduce technical issues in test environments, ensuring fast escalation to higher-tier support or engineering.
- Collaborate closely with department heads, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
- Take ownership of small-budget projects and contribute to assigned initiatives.
This role is focused on providing technical support to High Potential & High Revenue Customers . You’ll be the technical lifeline for clients, troubleshooting, investigating, and escalating issues while providing regular updates through various channels.
You'll also collaborate with regional Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, and Engineering teams globally, while balancing project work on process improvements and assigned tasks. Expect a mix of hands-on support and project management, where priorities shift as business needs evolve.
