Solution Architect - Dynamic 365 CRM/CE - £100K - Fully Remote
As part of the Software Design team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions and providing governance for the overall design, working alongside delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish governance and project-level principles.
- Support bid and tender responses.
- Oversee the governance and design of solutions from inception through to delivery and handover.
- Lead the scoping, feasibility, and design phases, ensuring accurate solution design and configuration.
- Foster cooperation and facilitate coordination between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and presentations.
- Assist project or programme management in identifying risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact delivery.
- Understand the project's business outcomes and benefits, advising on any misalignment with the proposed solution.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong ambition to evolve into a Solution Architect role.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM/CE is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
- Expertise in mentoring and leading project stakeholders in technology-related matters.
- Broad knowledge of solution areas such as transformation, migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, and infrastructure.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions as part of multi-stream change programmes.
