Hawksworth are now supporting a global Investment Bank in their search for a Telephony & AV Technician for an initial 6-month term, paying up to £400 per day (Inside IR35 / To the umbrella company). Central London location (Liverpool St). x5 days a week on site.
Job summary:
The Telephony and AV Technician will join the small and busy End User Computing team within the Bank’s IT department. As the Telephony and AV Technician, you will be administrating the Cisco desk telephone system, supporting desk and mobile phone handsets and maintaining the AV meeting room equipment.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and email communication are paramount, as you will be dealing daily with all levels of phone and meeting room users, including executive management.
We are looking of experience of supporting the below:
- Cisco IP Telephony (desk phone deployment and collection, Jabber phone account administration and general phone support)
- Cisco video conferencing systems (supporting the equipment in the 30 AV meeting rooms), including daily morning checks
- Supporting recording and broadcasting equipment used by executive management to broadcast live internal announcements
- Mobile phones (installing BlackBerry Work and supporting 700 mobile phones – Samsung & iPhone)
