An experienced IT Service Delivery Manager is sought for a client based in Wigan. Due to new client wins, the business is investing in their team to ensure a high service level is delivered to their ever-growing customer base. As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will report into the Head of Service Delivery and work closely with stakeholders from a number of teams within the IT Support Team. Client Relationship Management – ensure clients receive a high-quality service addressing any issues that might arise during delivery
Service Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of services ensuring they meet the established standards
Service Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency or service improvement with a focus on cost reduction without a drop in quality
Performance Monitoring – Monitor the performance of Service Teams and track KPI’s to ensure effective delivery
Have experience working as a IT Service Delivery Manager within a multi-client role
Fantastic knowledge of service and application delivery
Experience of ITIL processes and service delivery software
A good understanding of Project Management principles
