Joiners and Leavers Account admin – must have
Demonstratable on-prem Active Directory or Azure Active Directory / EntraID experience – must have
Creating and managing groups , contacts , distribution lists and mailboxes – must have
MAC software and hardware support
Windows software and hardware support
Strong in at least one Windows / MAC and at least competent with the other – must have
Microsoft Office support, especially Outlook , OneDrive / SharePoint – must have
Demonstratable familiarity with at least one endpoint management/MDM solution, preferably Intune / Endpoint / SCCM or JAMF – must have
Demonstrable foundational network skills and understanding. Subnets , VPN , Router Configuration – must have
Demonstrable experience writing User Guides and Documentation – must have
Excellent verbal and communication skills – must have
Atlassian admin experience (Jira/Confluence) – Desirable
