Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
Do you want to be part of a real success story that will see you lead the HR strategy along with generalist HR operations of this fantastic Technology firm? Our prestigious client, a rapidly growing technology services firm, is looking for an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to lead their people team based in London. The ideal candidate would need to have fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
The role includes:
- Talent attraction and development.
- Retention of talent for the organisation whilst promoting a fantastic culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy.
- Leading the HR operations of the organisation, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide HR advice in areas of workforce planning and succession planning.
- Overseeing HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven HR related decisions.
- Continuously looking at performance improvement and innovation to stay updated on best HR practices and industry trends.
The experience you would bring includes:
- Human Resources CIPD or Masters in Human Resources degree.
- Extensive experience in a senior HR related role in a fast-paced technology/IT industry.
- Experience with UK employment law and regulations.
- Ability to form strong business relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinking and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong track record in driving change and delivering results in a global arena.
