Microsoft 365 Support Analyst Location : Hybrid (Office in Sunbury, with regular remote work offered)
Salary : Between £28k - £36k + Bonuses
The company are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, renowned for delivering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions to a diverse range of clients across industries including Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, and the Public Sector. They are seeking a passionate individual to join their Microsoft 365 Managed Services Practice. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support for technical customer queries, working with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies. Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, video, and email.
Collaborate on system improvements and deployment for clients.
Create support documentation and test plans.
Interest in computing, IT industry trends, and Cloud Services.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking services, and Windows OS is desirable.
