A job opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Project Manager / Service Delivery Lead to join a rapidly expanding organisation in Swansea. This role is based at a global leading provider of Technology specific training courses to organisations worldwide. This role offers great scope for career progression plus the opportunity to lead on multiple client projects.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the Service Delivery Project Manager / Service Delivery Lead will lead the delivery of programmes and events, including the creation and maintenance of training projects, project plans, project documentation, financial reporting, information sources and tracking progress against project KPIs.
You will support the development and implementation of products, including research, scoping and proposals for opportunities, whilst evaluating the impact of existing projects/programmes and potential options for future programmes. You will provide full lifecycle project support to programmes, coordinating the setup and successful running of relevant programmes/projects. Furthermore, you will provide a professional single point of contact for project customers, ensuring successful relationship management through the full project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience of delivering client facing projects/programmes
- Excellent client relationship management, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience of leading on both small and large scale projects/programmes (experience of delivering business change projects would be an advantage)
- If you hold a relevant Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile certification etc.), this would be an advantage although it is not essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able and willing to travel when required
- If you have a background or an interest in Cyber Security and/or training this would be an advantage although it is not essential
