Senior .NET Engineer - Fully Remote (with quarterly visits to London) - Up to £100k
We're working with a leading Fintech company that specialises in developing payment platforms across a range of industries. As they continue to grow, they're looking to strengthen their .NET development team to drive forward exciting greenfield projects. With nearly a decade in the industry, they have an impressive portfolio of clients.
This role is ideal for Senior to Principal .NET Engineers who are eager to engage in architectural decisions, contribute to innovative designs, and challenge requirements with a proactive mindset, all while showcasing exceptional engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance solution design
- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions
- Lead the full lifecycle of Fintech product development
- Stay at the forefront of new technologies and methodologies
- Evaluate application performance to ensure optimal user experiences
- Document workflows and track performance metrics
- Manage and resolve incidents
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in C#
- Proficient with .NET Core and later (currently using .NET8)
- Hands-on experience with Azure and microservices
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration
- Familiarity with Terraform
- Solid experience in unit testing
- Docker/Kubernetes
