My London-based Insurance client is looking for a Technical Lead to join their London office. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure, and applications architecture, who thrives in leading teams and delivering top-notch technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of solutions through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and apply innovative approaches within the team.
Experience required
- Significant experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and applications architecture.
