We are looking for experienced candidates to play a key role within a team for the delivery of Salesforce applications and solutions. You will be working remotely with a team of consultants, developers, and admins. Responsibilities
- Successfully complete systems configuration
- Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Communicate project status to project manager, and elevate project concerns to appropriately
- Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations
- Demonstrate understanding of how various issues affect the overall outcome of projects
- Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with team and consistently deliver high-quality services
- Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
- Track and report project status to team lead and project manager
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Identify issues, discuss resolution with team
- Ensure delivery quality delights the client
Skills
- Functional Salesforce Administration activities
- Object configuration, fields, layouts, lightning record page layout
- Automation using Flow
- Configuration of Salesforce specific clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc, based on your experience and certifications
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions
- Logical thinking
- Ability to translate process diagrams into working processes in Salesforce
Experience
- Salesforce project delivery (> 3 years)
Qualifications
- Multiple Salesforce consultant certifications
- Education: Degree level (or equivalent experience)
