Position: Traffic Marshall

Foundation Personnel are seeking Traffic Marshall's for a job in Oxford, Oxfordshire. Duties include Marshalling Traffic and willing to help out around the site, if not a lot of Marshalling is not needed.
Duties:
Marshalling Traffic:
Safely direct vehicles and pedestrians to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Monitor traffic conditions and respond to any issues promptly.
Site Maintenance:
Keep designated area tidy and organized.
Ensure safety by maintaining a clean environment.
Team Support:
Work on initiative and assist with various tasks around the site as needed.
Be adaptable and ready to help out when traffic marshalling is less demanding.
People Skills:
Engage positively with site personnel and the public.
Provide excellent customer service and guidance.
Requirements
Certification:
Must hold a valid NPORS or CPCS card.
Personal Attributes:
Good people skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
