Morson Projects’ sister company Waldeck are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their growing team. As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for advising on all aspects of design and construction, as well as the full remit of all party wall matters, and compiling detailed reports for the client.

The Role:
- Building surveys and defects diagnostics
- Acquisition surveys report
- Feasibility studies
- Party wall advice
- Planned maintenance and condition surveys
- Dilapidation preparation
- Contract administration specification and design
- Fit-out and refurbishment works
- Insurance reinstatement
- Access consultancy (Equality Act 2010)
- Principal designer and health safety adviser services

About You:
- MRICS status
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience within the residential sector would be advantageous.
