Salary: Up to £75,000 (Depending on Experience) + Discretionary Bonus
My client is a well-established property services company specializing in building services, mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy and Fire. They have a strong track record in delivering high-quality services for local authorities and housing associations, focusing on sustainable and innovative solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Bid Team, supporting a range of projects including planned, repair, and maintenance contracts. The role covers services such as electrical, mechanical, building refurbishment, and Net Zero Carbon works. Prepare and submit tenders, including pricing via schedules of rates for public sector projects, as well as traditional pricing methods

Conduct site visits to assess specific risks and ensure accurate costings

Appraise tender documents and manage subcontractor inquiries and quotations

Develop Contractors' Proposals with the Business Development and Design Teams

In-depth knowledge of contracts, including traditional, partnering, and local authority agreements

Extensive experience within the Social Housing sector

Competitive salary of up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
