My client is looking for an Junior Electrical Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified to City and Guilds or Apprenticeship level.

PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Fault Finding
Emergency Light Testing
Fire Alarm Testing
Maintenance within Plant Rooms
Maintenance on Plant Pumps
Maintenance on Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsRequirements
Electrically qualified
Have a hard-working attitude
Willingness to learn
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
