PSR are working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor, who specialise in clean and waste water infrastructure and non infrastructure. Who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide Commercial support on projects located across the North West.
Essential experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Previous experience in the civil engineering industry
HND/degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
Familiarity with NEC 3 & 4 forms of contracts and knowledge and understanding of Construction Law
Have knowledge and experience in estimation and cost analysis.
Excellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft OfficeDesirable experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Member of RICS or other relevant professional body, or working towards
CSCS card
Experience in clean and/or waste waterWhat you receive as a valuable Quantity Surveyor
