Salary negotiable DoE c£70,000 - £75,000 + package
About the company:
50-year-old, £16m turnover contractor, who are a conservatively run, organically growing organisation. Work within the commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry with clients such as Diageo, Savills, Thames Water, Workspace, Local Councils & The Crown Estate.
Financially sound, with a healthy order book of work that is mostly made up of projects ranging in value from £1m - £5m with the biggest at £11m.
The Role:
Due to a retirement, the business is looking for a local, professional, polite, disciplined, and friendly individual who is passionate about buildings and the construction industry and is seeking an opportunity to work for a local and reputable contractor, who have good values and good morals.
Essentials:
- A background and proven track record of time-spent with previous employers
- Quantity Surveying and Estimating experience
- Any experience of estimating, pricing and costing from First Principles would be beneficial for this role.
- Local to Romford
- Someone with good values
