Job Advert: Part-Time Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Anfield
A Primary School in Anfield is looking for a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This long-term, part-time role requires working Wednesday afternoon, and full days on Thursday and Friday, starting 6th November.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be supporting a young learner in EYFS with special educational needs, helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
Working on a 1:1 basis to provide consistent support and encouragement
Assisting with learning activities, daily routines, and personalised development plans
Collaborating with the teaching and SEN teams to track progress and adjust support strategiesRequirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, especially in an EYFS setting
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping children achieve their potential
