About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower Key Stage Two Teacher to join the team in January 2024. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality education to Year 3 and Year 4 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to support student learning.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in a primary school setting, preferably in Lower Key Stage Two.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating a positive learning environment.
