Site Manager required in the Gloucester area. We are currently working with an established contractor. They are looking for a Site Manager with experience in the housing sector to work in a tight knit team delivering quality houses to support sub contractors with completion targets. This is a contract role working between the hours are 7:30AM- 4.30/5 PM Monday to Friday with a potential opportunity for weekend work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- H&S programme facilitation
- Management of build programmes
- Oversight of trades & sub-contractors .
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Valid UK Driving License
