Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We're looking for a dedicated LSA to join our supportive secondary school team in Watford. This role offers a daily rate of £100 to £120 depending on experience.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 and group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum
Work alongside teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Assist in adapting lesson plans to meet individual needs and abilities
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence and independenceRequirements:
Proven experience as an LSA or in a similar support role within secondary education
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to student engagement
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needsWhat's on Offer?:
