Alongside helping the FC with VAT, monthly reporting and bank journals.

Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will work alongside the talented finance professionals to complete the following duties.
This will include;
To manage and control the debts of the business, ensuring timely payments are made, process incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving accounts queries and managing debt recovery
Petty cash recording
Bank reconciliation and clearing of respective entries
To manage the purchase ledger function, including matching, batching and timely recording of invoices
Provide support to the sales ledger and accounts functions
Complete, analyse, conduct and document phone payments
Ensure that company records are updated regarding accounts and supplier details
Process sales documents and work in accordance with GDPR regulationsProfile
Minimum of 3 years experience in financial administration
Obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
Ability to work to schedules and deadlines
Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills
SAP experience is advantageous Job Offer

37.5 hour working week
Flexible start times between 7.30 and 9am
