The Role
As a Sales Negotiator / Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth property transactions from instruction to offer acceptance to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a pipeline of property sales, liaising with all parties involved including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Proactively chasing and updating all parties to maintain momentum in the sales process
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they become obstacles to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management
- Contributing to the agency's reputation for excellence in customer service
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- A full, clean UK driving licence for occasional property visits
- Resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the sales process
- Proficiency in relevant property software and MS Office suite
