Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our teachers in delivering an exceptional educational experience to our students. As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons
Supporting students with their learning activities and helping them achieve their full potential
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Managing classroom behaviour
Participating in school activities and events as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a C grade in English and Maths (or equivalent)
A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners
A Child-Only Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
