Mechanical Engineer - Corporate Office | Waterloo, London
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Location: Waterloo, London
Working Hours: Monday – Friday – (8am- 5pm) (Call out ROTA 1 – 3 weeks £100 Standby)
Site: 2-man site, Corporate Office Building (3 to 4 Buildings next to each other)
The Role: Large Services Provider is looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious corporate office building. As part of a 2-man team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of the building’s mechanical systems. This is a Monday – Friday position, offering you a balanced and flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults
- Support the smooth operation of building systems
