Account Manager
Our fabulous engineering and manufacturing client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their successful and established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of the product range, managing existing key accounts, and develop new business opportunities. This role requires a target-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities as Account Manager
- Increase sales of the company's product range
- Develop and maintain existing key customer relationships
- Support global subsidiary network
- Manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and situations in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Manage customer requests and generate quotations
- Advise on customer specifications and ensure a high standard of customer service
- Look after key accounts and generate new business
- Utilise CRM system and keep it up to date
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Attend regular sales meetings
- Apply technical and engineering mindset and experience to support sales activities
Qualifications as Account Manager
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Technical and engineering background preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting
