About the Role:
As a Mid-Level Web Developer at BolderDigital, you will play an integral role in shaping how clients engage with their customers through impactful digital experiences. Working with technologies like React , TypeScript , and Shopify's Hydrogen framework , you will be responsible for developing high-performance, responsive front-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions using React, TypeScript , and Hydrogen .
- Create custom themes, apps, and integrations for Shopify-based e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and integrate third-party APIs for smooth, cohesive functionality.
- Continuously optimise for speed and performance across different devices and platforms.
- Manage version control using Git , ensuring clean, collaborative code management.
- Stay updated with front-end development trends, particularly related to Shopify and Hydrogen .
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git, with experience working within the command line.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs .
- Strong design sense and a passion for creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with React , TypeScript , and frameworks like Remix.
- Shopify development experience, especially with Hydrogen .
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and implementing tracking solutions.
- Knowledge of headless architecture .
- Previous experience in an agency environment .
