Service Designer
6 month contract role
Mainly remote with occasional travel to the offices
Glasgow/Perth/Reading/Havant
£650 per day inside IR35
Our client in the Energy industry is looking for a Service Designer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Service Designer
The individual would be working on a programme called Systems for Flexibility, and would be expected to lead on the following:
- Work with SMEs and POs to identify and articulate the value streams and business products within the programme
- how these can be improved by our strategic themes (provisional themes being data sharing, automation, innovation, real-time operations and optimization)
- work with the architect to understand what the end-to-end services delivered by Systems for Flex look like and how they need to support both our internal and external customers
- help develop, and ensure alignment to, our long-term strategic vision for systems for flex.
They would be assisted/supported by the Product Analyst who is currently capturing processes, opportunities and challenges in the system.
The programme vision, for context is: To be an industry leader in the systems, technology and data required to deliver a safe, reliable and flexible distribution network.
