WeDoData are working with a growing multi academy trust who currently have 8 schools including primary, secondary and sixth form, with plans to grow to 16 in the next 2-3 years.
They are now looking to take on an experienced IT professional on a part time basis as a Network Manager at trust level, to assist with strategic IT responsibilities.
The role
You will be working with the trusts central IT team, but working on site throughout each school in the trust. Each school is situated within a 30 minute drive from the central base, depending on traffic! - therefore a driving license and car will be required to carry out the role.
You will be responsible for the rollout and implementation of new technologies, deployment of new operating systems including Windows 11, network design & implementation, server & network support, configuration & installation and more. You will also be required to support and train staff when necessary.
Some of the technical experience requirements are:
- Windows server
- Officer 365
- Active directory
- Group policy
- Network infrastructure
- Switches, bridges, routers and wireless access points
- Anility to produce technical documentation

A competitive full time equivalent salary of £34,834 - £43,421 is being offered for this post, with the actual take home salary for 22 hours being £20,721-£25,817.89
