Cutover Manager - Outside IR35 - Manchester.
As the Cutover Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition and integration of critical systems during the transformation.
The work involves leading the cutover strategy, planning, execution, and post-implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition without disrupting core business operations.
The Cutover Manager will work closely with the Programme Manager and Phase Managers to align the cutover process with programme goals.
As the Cutover Manager you will lead the development of a comprehensive cutover strategy, incorporating all technical, functional, and operational tasks needed for the successful transition of systems.
Lead the execution of cutover activities, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services during the transition.
Manage the Go-Live process, monitoring cutover progress, and communicating status, issues, and risks to the leadership team.
You will create and maintain a detailed integrated cutover programme plan, managing the cutover lifecycle from inception through post-implementation.
This high-profile role requires a strong technical background and proven experience in managing cutover processes for large-scale IT implementations.
- Significant experience in data and cutover management.
- Proven success in delivering at least 2 full IT system implementations,
- Experience in complex global system transitions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and large IT transformation programmes.
- Ideally within large, multinational organisations.
