The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and technical leadership, with a focus on public sector projects.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of public sector processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration techniques (APIs, middleware).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
