Our L+P client is looking for a qualified Mendix Developer to join them on a 6 months initial contract.
What are we looking for?
- Design and develop Mendix applications, adhering to internal best practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Customise and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality.
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure proper unit testing and resolve any reported defects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Mendix features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Develop complex solutions across different applications with a focus on reusability by creating reusable components.
- Work closely with development leads and business teams to solve technical blockers.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java technologies.
- Must have experience developing Mendix applications
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD practices using Jira and Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with AWS, specifically S3 and API connections.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and marketplace modules like SSO, Excel Exporter, and AuditTrail.
