What You'll Do
As the Digital Marketing Associate for Habitat's display and paid social channels at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of engaging campaigns that drive sales and build brand awareness. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, media, and creative agencies, you will project manage the delivery of full-funnel campaigns across multiple platforms, optimise Meta performance activities, and measure campaign performance to ensure objectives are met and learnings are captured for future campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing, brand, and creative teams to activate campaigns effectively, act as a creative consultant, manage budgets, initiate projects for testing media fundamentals, and collaborate with media partners to adhere to best practises in digital marketing. Your success will be defined by delivering campaigns on time and within budget, demonstrating acute attention to detail, continuous optimisation for improved ROI, and maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset to drive change in the digital marketing landscape.
