Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification, Platform Developer 1 certification, ideally Marketing Cloud Certifications and experience with design and development of Apex and Flows. The candidate must also have demonstrable ability in problem solving, communication, and technical design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification is required
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is required
- Ideally Marketing Cloud Certifications
- Marketing Cloud Experience
- Experience with design and development of Apex and Flows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability in technical design
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Utilise Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio to implement campaigns
- Utilise advanced segmentation techniques to target specific audience groups and personalise marketing messages
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Design, develop and deliver and complex business logic utilising Salesforce Flows
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customisations, and code changes
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
