We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team based full time and on site in our Haddenham office.

The Role: Junior IT Support Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Ownership of support in a multi-client, multi project environment.
· Assist on setting up new computer systems.
· Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions.
· Update and maintain our asset list.
· Appreciation of ITIL Service Management Disciplines, i.e., Incident, Problem and Change Request Management.
· Enforcement of procedures and best practices.
· Collaborate with the IT Team on projects and improvements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 1 years’ experience in the IT field
· Microsoft certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
· Knowledge on Networks
· Good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products
· Experience on Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
· Experience of Microsoft EMS 365 technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection
