London Medical Associates West London GP Federation (LMA) is dedicated to supporting and developing primary care services across West London. As a federation, we work in collaboration with local practices and partners to deliver a range of services, focusing on the Royal Boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, as well as the Paddington and Queens Park areas of Westminster. Our goal is to transform and integrate local services to improve the health and wellbeing of our local population.
Role Description
This is a part-time role as a Human Resources Business Manager at London Medical Associates West London GP Federation. As the HR Business Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to human resources, including on boarding, HR policies, succession planning, workforce engagement, organisational development and providing day to day advice on staff issues.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
- Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Proven track record in succession planning and talent management
- Understanding of employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in healthcare or primary care settings is a plus
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR management
