We’re seeking up to three certified Oliver McGowan trainers with learning disabilities to lead important training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion.
Role : Certified Oliver McGowan Trainer
Contract Type : Zero-hour
Pay Rate : £200 per session

What You’ll Do
As a trainer, you’ll use your lived experience to educate and inform others. Your sessions will offer insights into supporting neurodivergent and learning-disabled individuals at work, helping employers implement effective inclusion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion, bringing a unique perspective through your own experiences and Oliver McGowan certification.
- Address participant questions to help them understand and implement inclusive practices.
- Stay informed on best practices in neurodiversity and workplace inclusion to keep training sessions relevant.
Qualifications
- Certification : Must be a certified Oliver McGowan Trainer
- Lived Experience : Must have a learning disability
- Skills :
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to engage with diverse groups
- Education/Experience : While specific educational backgrounds aren’t required, experience in public speaking or previous training experience is a plus.
