Brand & Operations Assistant
We’re working on a very exciting and unique role supporting the founder of a new wellbeing/beauty brand. This innovative and modern brand is soon to launch into the UK market, with international expansion plans. With high profile industry figures involved in the launch of this brand, this is an incredible opportunity to join a business set to draw much attention!
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, proactive and detail-oriented person, to support the brand and operational initiatives alongside the Founder & CEO.
The Brand & Operations Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the brand’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal contractors and external partners to ensure alignment on brand objectives, collaborating with the CFO on budget and forecast goals and the CMO on marketing and branding initiatives.
Organizational Support: Maintain an organized system for all brand documentation and internal communications to streamline processes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall goals and vision of the brand.
Budget management: Conduct regular check-ins with the CFO to ensure profitability while maintaining alignment with brand objectives.
R & D Support: Collaborate closely with the research and development team to manage product development and testing.
Launch coordination: Assist in the strategic rollout of THE BRAND, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Supply Chain Management: Support the management of the supply chain, overseeing shipping, returns, and inventory.
Crisis management: develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in the supply chain to ensure continuity.
Digital Presence Management: oversee online brand presence, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and alignment with overall brand strategy
Retail engagements: prepare presentations for new retail buyers, driving shopper marketing initiatives
Experience & Background Required
Previous work experience in operational management, brand management or supply chain management (3+ years minimum), ideally has worked in startup environment / close to the founder.
Experience working for a contemporary wellness, beauty or related brand. Knowledgeable about this area of the market.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
