IT Administrator – Exciting Opportunity in a Growing Company
Our client a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment is seeking an IT Administrator to join their team in Leeds.

The Role:
As the IT Administrator, you will oversee the UK IT operations, working closely with an international team to align the company’s IT strategy with its business objectives. You’ll manage the department's budget and ensure the company's technological resources effectively support its growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Providing first-line support for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborating with IT suppliers and HR for smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contributing to IT documentation to improve processes and user experience.
- Assisting in the management of Azure tenant and implementing system security measures.
- Overseeing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies and telephony systems.
- Working closely with cybersecurity specialists to ensure network integrity and educating staff on security protocols.
- Collaborating with Network and Systems Administrators to enhance security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT operations management.
- Strong understanding of IT support processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure management and system security protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
