Product Delivery Co-ordinator
I’m currently working with an automotive giant in Whitley, who are looking for a product delivery coordinator to help them on their SAP transformation project across the business. They are currently entering into an exciting Discovery Phase to shape their future systems and capabilities.
The Product Delivery Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in this phase, in the replacement of existing SAP Business Suite 7 applications for our aftermarket parts business.
- Coordinate key elements of our plan across various stakeholders within business and digital teams. Helping define future systems/products and roadmap.
- Organise/lead workshops and discussions to ensure vital inputs into the Discovery process.
- Support programme governance with detailed planning, RAID, change requests, and impact assessments.
- Engage with stakeholders, create compelling communications, and proactively manage risks.
- Spot Potential risks, issues and dependencies
What You Bring:
- Experience in managing system change programmes, preferably SAP, but will consider other systems.
- Experience within supply chain or supply chain systems is essential
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage inputs from diverse stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively, as you will be dealing with different teams and stakeholders.
This is a 12 month contract position, (Inside IR35) paying £270 a day. This role involves two days on site in Whitley.
