Major Incident Manager - 6 months Financial Service Sector
You must be able to be on a rota for 24/7 support / 365 (additional pay)
Managing the financial, legal, risk and control environment; Strategic/business unit projects

Ensure appropriate escalations are undertaken in accordance with Bank policies
Be involved in Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) helping to identify root cause and agree actions
Drawdown of a Business Loan or a Mortgage Loan
Make a payment using Credit Card
Make Direct Debit payment or receive Direct Credit payment (BACS)
Perform Account Maintenance - Credit & Non- Credit
