The Company
The successful candidate will join an innovative, technology focused, data led B2C / DTC division of this industry leader as part of a long-term initiative which is receiving a huge amount of attention across the Globe and the investment to match. The venture has successfully transitioned from 0-1 & 1-10 and is now navigating 10-100 with plans to take it's number of active consumers from hundreds of thousands into the tens of millions . The firm have ambitions to be seen as the premium food & beverage app in the market as well utilising IoT & AI to positively improve the drinking experience of consumers across the world.
The Role
The successful candidate will form part of a high-performing Product leadership group. The chosen individual will be enpowered to oversee the entire the customer journey, ensuring efficient traffic conversion, effective onboarding of new customers, and prevention of churn.
This includes spearheading personalisation and conversion rate optimization efforts to provide a fully tailored experience across web and app. Crucially, this individual will lead the transition from a DTC business to a comprehensive multichannel solution, expanding a loyalty platform to off-trade customers across Europe and driving offline promotions.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in Product Management within a DTC environment.
- Expertise in building consumer-centric products, including a track record of managing Product Managers and influencing business strategy.
- Deep empathy for consumers, with the ability to translate problems into technical solutions.
- Experience with customer loyalty programs and making data driven decisions.
- A strategic mindset for long-term delivery, with the ability to address immediate priorities.
- Skilled in articulating the rationale behind decisions and rallying the team to achieve roadmap objectives & maintain velocity in spite of obstacles.
Salary & Benefits
In return we offer a highly competitive base salary of between £80,000 - £100,000 plus a cash allowance, a very achievable bonus of 35% as well as one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the market.
