Salt have partnered with a brilliant creative agency, who are looking to onboard 2 producers onto their team. This client are renowned in their space for working with some of the best fashion, luxury and retail brands across the UK (and globe!)
This position is for 6 months, with the potential to extend or go perm thereafter.
The role will require you to be on-site in their Central London offices 5 days a week. If there are no shoots scheduled on a day, that day can be taken as WFH.
THE ROLE
My client are looking for a Producer with good all-rounded knowledge of Production, to join the business on a large eCommerce account. Reporting to a Senior Producer, you will manage all aspects of production from sample request through to image delivery and proactively support the other producers in ensuring the smooth running of the production process. With strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy, you will be able to stay calm under pressure and deliver a professional service at all times.
This is a 5 day a week role, working on-set 4 or 5 days a week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shoot Production on eCommerce Model hoots.
- Involvement with projects during their various stages, including development, pre-production, production and post-production.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure client deadlines are met.
- Manage clients at all levels.
- Support with the management of the ecommerce production team.
- Contribute with client decks and annual reports.
- Support the on-set studio team and off-set production team with any ad-hoc requests and queries.
- Ensure that client facing documents and internal trackers logging shoots and finances are consistently up to date.
- Effectively manage budgets, track spend, and process freelancer invoices.
- Oversee aspects of post-production, to include: ensuring teams are working efficiently and to standard, review and brief in retouch notes, and QC of all assets.
- Trouble-shoot problems as they arise to have them resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Implement new processes to continually improve and evolve the existing workflows.
- Proactively support other members of the production team in periods of down-time.
- Have an understanding of budgets, industry-standard rates, and the relevant usage rights across all bought media.
- Becoming known & respected as a central, trusted point of contact for the team (internally and externally) on your productions.
- Be adaptable to last-minute requests and changes – ensuring any additional or late amendments are briefed to the on set teams.
- Assist with casting briefs and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Manage and action casting for ad hoc briefs.
- Support with the management renewal of and new intake of casual/freelance staff in relation to project requirements.
- Work with clients at all levels to proactively troubleshoot any problems and establish new ways of working.
- Bring new talent suggestions and help evolve the e-commerce production team.
