The Role
The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting our business through data-driven insights and solutions. You’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from multiple sources to help drive decision-making across various departments.
You will:
- Use tools like SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau , and Salesforce to gather and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and support business growth.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems, implementing data quality checks and working with different departments to maintain consistent and accurate data inputs.
- Provide actionable insights through visualizations and presentations, making complex data understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

About You
To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to turn numbers into actionable business insights. Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation of tasks.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to create dynamic, interactive reports.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms to analyze customer and sales data.
- Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of data governance principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of the property maintenance or service industry is a plus but not required.
