The ideal candidate will be experienced in 2nd/3rd Line IT Support, and must have previous experience of working in a managed service provider.
Key Duties
- Provide Technical Support to clients.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues as a point of escalation.
- Maintaining impeccable customer service.
- Maintain all relevant documentation and notes throughout the day.
- Uphold service management and quality management principles.
What you will bring to the role
- Strong Service Desk background - able to work through tickets comfortably and at pace.
- Technical skills including Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtualisation, Windows Server. Networking knowledge is also desirable.
- A passion for delivering an accurate and assured service.
- A drive to progress and develop as a professional.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Requirements
- IT Support Experience at minimum 2nd Line level.
- Experience of working within an MSP.
- Hold industry-based IT certification.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Full UK based diving licence.
