This is a customer-facing Cloud Support Engineer role, focusing on resolving 3rd line technical escalations and providing expert support for complex cloud and infrastructure issues. Work closely with Technical Architects and Project Engineers to understand solution designs and provide input on best practices.
Resolve escalated issues for offshore financial service organizations and global enterprises, ensuring all solutions are aligned with best practices.
Provide technical support and expertise in Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environments.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, working with enterprise organizations to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve:
Microsoft 365 (M365):
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center).
Microsoft Azure:
Azure Networking (e.g., Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway).
Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center).
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD):
Server and Storage Infrastructure Skills:
Server Infrastructure:
Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
Server clustering and high availability solutions.
