Job Title: Infrastructure Manager
Location: Birmingham – two days onsite a week
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
We are supporting a scaling professional services organisation in Birmingham to recruit for an Infrastructure Manager.

They are looking for a people-driven, proactive Infrastructure Manager who still enjoys being close to tech. Extensive knowledge of Azure, M365 suite and networking will be crucial as they ready themselves for several key deployments.
This a hybrid role and the expectation is to be onsite 2 days a week in Birmingham.
The Role:
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Azure and M365 suite.
- Able to develop and implement an infrastructure roadmap that aligns to the business’ needs.
- Manage 3rd parties to ensure work is being delivered to a high quality.
- Always monitoring and enhancing system performance.
- Ensure best practices and security protocols are being adhered to.
The Candidate:
- Extensive knowledge of design and deployment within Azure, M365 suite and networking.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, identity management and security frameworks.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Able to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven, organised, empathetic character.
The Package:
Base salary: £60,000 – £80,000
